Hello Everyone,

Do you have soft cheese that you'd like to grate? Try freezing it first! This helps to firm it up enough to grate and doesn't affect the taste.

Have A Wonderful day,

Hi Everyone,

Did you know Honey NEVER SPOILS!!! That's right, it never spoils!!! If it turns to crystals, just heat it up and it will return to honey, so don't throw it out (it cost to much), just heat it up!

Have A Wonderful Day!

Hello Everyone,

Don''t throw those cake scraps away, wrap them in plastic and freeze them for later use to make cake pops/balls! Mix enough icing for scraps to stick together, form into balls, refrigerate to firm then roll in your desired toppings or insert pop sticks with a tad bit of icing to hold in place, refrigerate to firm, then roll in your desired toppings.

Have A Wonderful Day!

Hello,

Starting hot cereal in cold water AND stirring constantly makes it creamier! Let it come to a boil and boil for 2 to 3 minutes and it's done. Add your favorite toppings or seasonings and enjoy. This works for grits, cream of wheat, oatmeal, coco wheats, maypo, etc.

We'd like to say "THANK YOU" to all that supported us in 2015 with orders and encouragement! It was truly appreciated. 2016 will be bigger & better!

Hello Everyone,

Did you know you can reuse your parchment paper? Well you can, wash it in warm soapy water, rinse well and lay flat to dry! Vawla, once it is dried it is ready for use or storage for future use! This can be done several times!

Have A Wonderful Day!

Hello Everyone,

We have been sooo busy that we haven't had time to post a new Helpful Hint! We apologize, so here's  the Helpful Hint for November - baking in light pans is better because they heat correctly and produces a better product! Dark pans seem to attract more heat and produce an inferior product. It cooks faster and dries out the product.

Like dark clothes are hotter in the summer, so do the dark baking pans, they attract more heat. No worries, we'll do all your baking for you!

Have A Wonderful Holiday!

Working with onions and want to get the smell off your hands? Rub your hands on your "Staianless Steel Faucet", that's right, stainless steel removes the smell instantly! No need to buy a stainless steel stone, cool right?! I haven't tried it for garlic, if you try it with garlic, let us know how it works!

Have a fantastic and safe holiday!

Hello Everyone,

when making pudding or custard, cover it with plastic wrap to prevent a thick layer from forming on top and less waste!

Ooops! Did you accidently put too much salt in your food while cooking? Don't fret, drop a peeled potato into the pot and let it cook with your food. When you 're finish cooking, remove the potato and serve as usual! If one doesn't work try two (depending on how much salt was spilt into the pot).
